30-Day Live Plant Guarantee & Refund Policy
At Blackwater Plants, we stand behind every plant we ship.
Plants are living things traveling in a box, and we know things can happen during shipping. If your order does not make it to you safely, that is on us, not you.
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@blackwaterplants.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the plant, packaging, and shipping box.
Once we receive your photos and order details, we will review the issue and make it right. You may choose the option that works best for you: a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Our 30-day live plant guarantee begins on the day your order is delivered. If your plant declines within 30 days, contact us with photos and a short description of how it was cared for. We will review the issue and help determine the best solution.
The 30-day guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, improper watering, extreme temperatures after delivery, repotting damage, pest exposure after arrival, or plants left outside after delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
