• Orders placed after Tuesday 12:00 PM ship the following Monday.
• Weather holds apply below 35°F or above 95°F at origin or destination.
• Heat/cold packs are included as needed at no charge.
Tracking numbers are emailed at label creation. Typical transit time 2–5 business days.
